How we source figures

Every fee, rate, contribution figure and deadline on this site is taken from the agency's own published material and recorded with the source and the date it was checked. Each guide shows when it was last verified. Where an agency does not publish a figure, we say so plainly and label the number an estimate rather than presenting it as an official rate.

What we are not

We are an independent publisher. We are not affiliated with, and not an agent for, any government agency. We cannot process an application, book an appointment, or influence a decision on your behalf, and we will never ask you to pay us for something an agency provides directly. Confirm current requirements with the agency before you act.
