PHGuides has no user accounts and no logins. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to sign in to, so we ourselves hold no records about you. Third-party services embedded in the site, analytics and advertising, do set cookies and collect data of their own, and those are described below.

We use analytics to understand how the site is used overall: which pages get read, how people arrive, and which guides need work. We look at this in aggregate rather than at individual visitors, though the analytics provider itself processes your visit to produce those totals.
