PRC runs two separate lookups, and they answer different questions. Confusing them is the most common reason a verification comes back looking wrong.

A rating is a result. A licence is a status. An employer checking whether someone may legally practise wants the first.
When a lookup is not enough
For anything formal (a foreign employer, a court, a government submission) PRC issues documents rather than screenshots.

Special cases: a conditioned examination is ₱450.00, Dental Technician and Hygienist ₱1,000.00, and Ocular Pharmacology ₱1,500.00 to sit and ₱1,200.00 to register. Accreditation for a Medical Representative or a Real Estate Salesperson is ₱450.00, and the accreditation card renews at ₱150.00 per year or ₱450.00 for 3 years.
A CPD Provider accreditation is valid for 3 years, renewable on performance evaluation, and PRC states the application is processed in 20 working days.

A current PRC licence is accepted as identity across the agencies on this site, which is a practical reason to keep it verifiable.
