Renewing a seaman’s book costs exactly what a new one costs: ₱1,000.00. There is no renewal discount, and the only price that changes is where you are when you do it.

What renewal requires

Add a National Police Clearance at ₱150.00 if an employer asks for one alongside the NBI clearance, and travel tax at ₱1,620.00 economy if you are flying out, though as an OFW you are exempt from that entirely.
