PRC has moved almost everything online, and its own grouping is the fastest way to find the right service.
What LERIS is
LERIS stands for the Licensure Examination and Registration Information System. It is PRC’s online portal at online.prc.gov.ph, and it is the thing people mean when they say “PRC online”. Every online transaction below runs through a LERIS account.
The portal itself groups the services into seven, which is a shorter list than the full eServices menu further down.

Creating the account
PRC’s own step-by-step manual lists what to have ready before you start.

The registration form asks for first, middle and last name, suffix, gender, civil status, birthdate, e-mail address and password.
The password rule is stricter than most people expect. It must be at least
6 characters and contain at least 1 letter, 1 number and 1 special
character. PRC gives the accepted special characters as ! @ # $ % ^ . ) ( & * /.
PRC’s note on the form is worth following exactly: enter your details as printed on your Notice of Admission, or on your Professional Identification Card for initial registration and renewal. A mismatch between the account and the document is what stalls an application.
The e-mail validation step
New and existing accounts both go through it. After entering your username and password at the login screen you are redirected to a new page and an e-mail is sent to your registered address containing a one-time password. You copy the OTP, enter it and click verify.
So a working inbox is not optional. Losing access to the registered e-mail means losing access to LERIS.
Appointment, payment and delivery
Once an application is filled in, LERIS asks for three things in order.
- Select your preferred PRC Regional Office as the appointment place.
- Select a payment option. PRC’s manual notes that if you select PRC-Cashier, you must pay at the selected appointment place.
- Proceed, then submit.
An appointment date can be changed inside the portal: you select a new date and must input a reason for the change before confirming or cancelling.
For renewal, LERIS additionally asks whether you want the card shipped. Choosing no means selecting a Regional Office for pick-up; choosing yes adds a shipping step and a confirmation checkbox.
For exam repeaters, the flow depends on the board: where the examination has no additional requirements you proceed straight to the payment option, and where it has additional requirements you upload them first.
