How do I book a PRC appointment?
PRC directs its transactions through an online portal, and lists the individual services under Examination eServices, Regulation eServices and Other eServices. PRC does not publish an appointment slot policy or a branch queueing procedure on the pages read for this guide.
What can I do online?

Which service renews my licence?
PIC Renewal, under Regulation eServices, described as applying online to secure your Professional Identification Card. It costs ₱150.00 a year or ₱450.00 for three years for a baccalaureate profession.
Can I still go in person?
For some things, yes. PRC names the Licensure and Registration Division of a Regional Office as where dual citizens present their citizenship documents, and describes representatives filing and claiming a professional ID on someone's behalf.
What does a representative need?
A PRC-registered professional presents an authorisation letter and their own professional ID. Anyone else presents a Special Power of Attorney with valid identification of both the professional and the representative.
Is there an overseas route?
PRC publishes an Overseas Applicant path under Examination eServices, and recognises overseas oathtaking as one of its six classes of oathtaking by location.
What is the Action Sheet?
A system-generated document PRC requires a screenshot of when applying for a Certificate of Good Standing or for authentication of a PIC or Certificate of Registration.
Does PRC publish processing times?
Only for some services. It states CPD Provider accreditation applications are processed in 20 working days. It does not publish a processing time for renewal, duplicate PIC, certification or verification on the pages read for this guide.
