Two PRC lookups get confused constantly after a board exam. One shows a score. The other shows whether a licence exists. They are not the same thing, and the gap between them is registration.

Passing does not put you in the registry. PRC states oathtaking is a requirement prior to the practice of the profession, and registration is what creates the licence record an employer can look up.

Proving a result formally
Screenshots do not travel well. PRC issues two documents for this:

A conditioned examination is ₱450.00, Dental Technician and Hygienist ₱1,000.00, and Ocular Pharmacology ₱1,500.00 to sit and ₱1,200.00 to register.
After registration, the clock starts
Your first renewal is bundled into the registration total, but the next one is keyed to your birth month, a ₱30.00 surcharge for a baccalaureate profession, or ₱28.00 otherwise, applies 20 days after it. The renewal guide covers that rule.
