PSA runs three request channels and one of them behaves differently from what the name suggests. The viewable online copy is ordered online but paid in person, and a request paid anywhere else is simply not processed.

So the ₱130.00 product is best understood as a 60-day access pass you buy at a counter, not as a mail-order document.
On the price of an ordinary delivered copy, this guide states nothing. PSA does not publish it on the pages read on 31 August 2026; the figure appears at checkout on PSA Serbilis or PSAHelpline.

PSA Serbilis states deliveries are handled only by those authorised couriers.
If the record cannot be found
PSA issues a Negative Certification, and PSA Serbilis publishes an Electronic Endorsement Request Form for the Local Civil Registrar route, free of charge. You fill it in online, print it, and present it to the concerned Local Civil Registry Office with the Negative Certification.
If instead the record exists but is wrong, that is an administrative petition: ₱1,000.00 for a correction of clerical error under RA 9048 and ₱3,000.00 for a change of first name or an RA 10172 correction. The correction of name guide covers it.

DFA asks that PSA documents be ordered through PSA Helpline at apostille.psahelpline.ph, with the QR entries matching the details on the document. Since 16 March 2026, PSA eCertificates intended for Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention receive electronic apostilles only; physical apostilles are no longer issued for them.
