Where these figures come from

About these figures: the numbers below come from OWWA's official published sources: OWWA | OWWA eCard FAQs (https://ecard.owwa.gov.ph/faqs/, retrieved 2026-08-31); OWWA | OWWA eCard Where to Apply (https://ecard.owwa.gov.ph/where-to-apply/, retrieved 2026-08-31); Overseas Workers Welfare Administration | Citizen's Charter 2026 (1st Edition) (https://owwa.gov.ph/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/OWWA_CC_2026v3-1.pdf, retrieved 2026-08-31). Agencies change fees and rates without notice, so confirm with OWWA before you rely on them. Last verified: 2026-08-31.

The eCard is not a separate membership. It is proof of one, and OWWA treats it as a government-issued ID you can present abroad.

What this page does not cover

OWWA does not publish, on the pages read for this guide, a replacement fee for a lost eCard, a processing or delivery time for the card, the card’s validity period as distinct from membership validity, or the partner companies offering discounts and rewards by name. None of those are stated here.

The OWWA membership guide covers the USD $25.00 contribution the card proves. The OWWA benefits guide covers what the card unlocks, and the OWWA loan guide the livelihood facilities.
