Warsaw does something only Tel Aviv also does in this network: it prints its visa fees in both dollars and zloty on the same line. That makes the conversion visible rather than inferred, and it turns out to be a flat 5.0 zloty to the dollar across every service the Embassy publishes.

| Passport | PLN 300 | 60.00 | $60.00 |
| Lost passport | PLN 750 | 150.00 | $150.00 |

Warsaw publishes no street address on the pages read for this guide, only telephone numbers and hours, so none appears above. It publishes no processing times for any service, and does not label which nationalities fall into its first and second visa bands.
Frequently asked questions
- What are the Embassy's hours in Warsaw?
- Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Consular hours are narrower: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The office opens an hour before the consular counter and closes an hour after it.
- Which number should I call?
- It depends on why. The Embassy publishes +48 694 491 664 for general and consular inquiries during office hours only, +48 604 357 396 for emergency calls outside office hours only, and +48 694 491 663 for Assistance to Filipino Nationals cases only. Its landline, +48 22 490 2025, is marked temporarily unavailable.
- How much is a Philippine passport in Warsaw?
- PLN 300. Replacing a lost passport is PLN 750, plus a PLN 125 affidavit of loss or mutilation, so a lost passport comes to PLN 875. A travel document is PLN 150.
- Why does the visa page show two currencies?
- Because the dollar is the underlying rate and the zloty is the conversion. Warsaw prints both: USD 30.00 or PLN 150,00, USD 60.00 or PLN 300,00, USD 90.00 or PLN 450,00. Divide any zloty figure by 5.0 and you get the dollar one.
- What does civil registration cost?
- PLN 125 for each of a report of birth, delayed registration, affidavit of paternity, affidavit to use the surname of the father, certificate of registration, report of marriage, report of death, and a no objection certificate. Expediting is PLN 50 per document.
- How much is dual citizenship?
- PLN 250 for the principal applicant and PLN 125 for every minor child included in the petition. The page also lists an application fee of PLN 125.00, an oath of renunciation at PLN 125.00 and an expedite fee of PLN 50.00.
- Can I pay by card?
- The Embassy says the notarial and attestation fees are preferably in cash. It does not publish a card option on the pages read for this guide.
- What is the PHP 200.00 on the notarial page?
- A fee payable in the Philippines rather than in Warsaw, which the Embassy marks as such. It is the only peso figure on its consular pages.
