Read the date on that schedule. The Embassy heads it “As of 09 March 2016” and cites Department Order No. 13-09, E.O. 461, CIR-1482-OFM-2008, CIR-589-OFM-2010 and CIR-210-12. It is the current published schedule, and it has not been restated in the 10 years since. Confirm the amount before you travel to an appointment.
Losing an ePassport costs AUD 162.00 more than renewing one, 2.5 times the ordinary fee.

The rules about the passport itself
The Embassy is blunt about three things:
- The Philippine passport is at all times the property of the Republic of the Philippines, and must be surrendered on demand by an authorised representative of the Philippine Government.
- Alteration, addition or destruction of contents is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorised change renders the passport invalid, with penalties.
- Using the passport as collateral is against the law and automatically renders it cancelled.
Making false statements on a passport application form, or furnishing falsified or forged documents in support of one, is punishable by law.
