The Philippine Embassy in Paris publishes its consular fees on a Google Sites page under the dfa.gov.ph domain, effective 1 September 2024, in euros.

Two things on it are unusual enough to plan around.

The e-Visa costs more than the paper form

Most governments discount online applications. This one does the opposite.

9(A) temporary visitor, visa-free nationals e-Visa Manual
Single entry, 3 months EUR 55.00 EUR 30.00

That is EUR 25.00 more to apply online, a difference of about 83%. The subtraction is arithmetic on the two published schedules.

Full e-Visa schedule Visa-free nationals Non visa-free Chinese nationals
Single entry, 3 months EUR 55.00 EUR 65.00 EUR 50.00
Multiple entry, 6 months EUR 85.00 EUR 105.00 EUR 125.00
Multiple entry, 1 year EUR 115.00 EUR 145.00 EUR 145.00

Chinese nationals get the cheapest single entry and the most expensive six-month multiple entry, which inverts the usual ordering.

For postal applications the bank details are only given after the Embassy evaluates your documents, so payment is the last step, not the first.

What this page does not cover

The pages read for this guide publish fees, payment rules and contacts but not processing times, documentary checklists or the appointment system, so none is stated here. The manual-application visa schedule is published only in part on the fee page, so only the visa-free single entry rate of EUR 30.00 is quoted above.

The Embassy’s own dfa.gov.ph subdomain was not readable when this page was written: it returns 403 to a direct request and its anti-bot interstitial did not clear in a browser. Everything here comes from the Embassy’s consular site instead.

The passport renewal abroad guide covers the requirements common to every post, the Madrid Embassy guide, the Rome Embassy guide and the Frankfurt Consulate guide cover the other large western European posts, and the dual citizenship guide covers RA 9225.
