Official Schedule of Service Fees, effective 01 November 20221. PHGuides is independent and not affiliated with DFA.
The Philippine Embassy in Seoul is the clearest illustration of how DFA fees actually work, because it prints both currencies side by side on every line.
It is also the post where turning up with a card gets you nowhere.
Cash only
Payments should be in the form of CASH. We do not accept checks, debit and credit cards at this time.
That is the note at the top of the schedule, headed OFFICIAL SCHEDULE OF SERVICE FEES, Effective 01 November 2022.
Passport
| Service | US dollar | Korean won |
|---|---|---|
| ePassport issuance | US$60.00 | KRW 90,000 |
| Replacement of lost ePassport | US$150.00 | KRW 225,000 |
| Replacement of lost 32-page MRP | US$90.00 | KRW 135,000 |
| Replacement of lost 64-page MRP | US$140.00 | KRW 210,000 |
| Amendment, extension | US$25.00 | KRW 37,500 |
| Travel document | US$30.00 | KRW 45,000 |
Every won figure is exactly 1,500 times the dollar figure. That ratio holds across the whole schedule and is arithmetic on the two columns.
The 64-page MRP costs US$50.00 more to replace than the 32-page version, which is the only place a page count changes a Philippine consular fee.
The passport renewal abroad guide covers the requirements common to every post.

What this page does not cover
The schedule read for this guide is dated effective 01 November 2022, which makes it the oldest published schedule covered on this site. It publishes fees only: no processing times, no documentary checklists, no office hours and no address, so none is stated here.
The PDF also carries a section headed Videoconferencing Hearing at Foreign Service Post whose rates were not read for this guide, so no figure for it appears above.
